  • Business Plan: A clear structured plan outlining what you intend to achieve with your business, how you are going to get there, and projected financials.

Milestone 1 — Contract signing

Idea assessment — evaluation of your business concept for FGES eligibility and commercial viability
Business plan review and structured feedback — up to 5 revision cycles over a maximum 90-day cohort / 1:1 advisory period — ensuring full alignment with AAIP guidelines
Detailed analysis of your financial projections and pro forma statements
Completeness review of the business plan and pitch deck prior to Expression of Interest (EOI) submission

 

Milestone 2 — Recommendation letter

Due upon approval and issuance of our recommendation letter
Deep assessment of commercial viability, market opportunity, and competitive positioning
Evaluation of innovation, business model feasibility, and scalability
Assessment of economic benefit and value creation for the Province of Alberta
A formal recommendation letter issued confirming our endorsement of the business plan for FGES program submission

 

Milestone 3 — Business evaluation report

Comprehensive business assessment report — a mandatory AAIP submission document providing our independent evaluation of your business plan

Milestone 4 — Arrival in Canada

Milestone 1 includes up to 5 business plan review cycles over a maximum of 90 days, delivered as a cohort or 1:1 advisory engagement. Each fee is payable only upon reaching the corresponding milestone — no advance payment beyond the current stage is required.
